Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 24, 2025
1. Definitions and Operational Scope
Terms stated here bind the relationship between BridgeAI (Company Registration No. 2021/049283/07, registered in South Africa) and commercial corporate entities seeking custom machine learning, deep neural networks, predictive analytics models, and cloud operational configurations (referenced as "Services").
2. Permitted Commercial Use
This workspace serves strictly for industrial and commercial evaluation. You agree not to misuse intellectual infrastructure, perform reverse engineering runs, test system endpoints under high-load stress test arrays without technical clearance, or introduce toxic parameters to our data pipelines.
3. Description of Consulting & Custom Development Services
BridgeAI designs and integrates private machine learning modules. All integration scopes, support timelines, performance margins, and testing schedules are governed by distinct, signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Onboarding and System Scoping Requests
Submitting parameters on this interface does not initiate binding integration work. Requests represent standard preliminary inquiries. Concrete obligations are established solely upon signing a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and its corresponding Statement of Work (SOW).
5. Financial Estimates and Payments
All financial projections, monthly model monitoring charges, and setup calculations are expressed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless specified otherwise. Invoices are governed by the specific terms outlined in your SOW.
6. Intellectual Architecture Protections
Our proprietary platforms, training architectures, logic models, visual graphics, logos, and custom code modules displayed here belong strictly to BridgeAI. Enterprise clients receive specific usage permissions defined in their MSA.
7. Limitation of Structural Liability
While we build precise and efficient neural network systems, BridgeAI will not be held liable for indirect commercial losses, down-time, or system integration failures arising from external database changes or unapproved operational adjustments.
8. Applicable Law and Corporate Jurisdiction
This contract, including any disputes arising from platform use, is interpreted under the legislation of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal proceedings fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Johannesburg.
